Build a real-time shopping and inventory concept for toyota.com vehicle selection, live inventory, buyer-to-dealer handoff.

I led UI/UX at Saatchi on the initial concept, ran the team, and defined the full product across desktop and mobile before engineering came in — making a local, real-time shopping tool feel like a continuation of the Toyota brand
Outcome
Shipped to Toyota as the initial design system that later deployed on toyota.com.
